个人简介   
       2006年在美国俄亥俄州立大学获得食品科学与营养博士学位,2006-2007年在美国继续从事博士后研究。主要学术贡献和成果包括色素分子结构、稳定性、生理活性及构效关系,以及食品质量控制和农副产品(特别是废弃物)综合利用。(通讯地址:上海市东川路800号 manbetx体育3.0下载食品科学与工程系109信箱,邮编:200240)。
