      个人简介

      Harold CORKE,上海市“外专千人计划”专家,manbetx体育3.0下载食品科学与工程系全职“讲席教授”。曾长期任职于香港大学生物学院食品系,并担任全职终身教授。作为谷物科学领域国际著名科学家,发表SCI学术论文200余篇。根据ISI Web of Knowledge的统计数据,入选农业学科影响力前1‰科学家,H指数46,引用次数总计7500余次,高被引论文3篇。根据谷歌学术的统计数据,H指数为66,引用次数总计16800余次,其中单篇最高引用次数为2100余次。曾接受Thomson Reuters科学观察专栏“Harold Corke教授在农业及食品科学的高他引论文研究”专访,并被澳大利亚Cross Country TV等多家国际知名媒体报道。曾担任美国谷物化学学会主席(1996-1998)和Cereal Chemistry资深主编(2000-2006)等职务,并多次受Elsevier等国际著名出版社的邀请,作为主编编写谷物大百科等科学著作。目前担任The Crop Journal副主编,Journal of Cereal ScienceLWT-Food Science and Technology等国际期刊的编委成员。
